• If you are sick or test positive for covid we offer refunds (less any processing or service charge fees) up until the event start date on September 25th. We encourage you to take a COVID home antigen (rapid) test or PCR test before coming to the event. If you test positive, or even just feel unwell, we would be happy to offer you a refund or credit to next year’s festival.

• ​​Masks aren’t required, but if you would like to wear a mask, feel free! Please respect other people's decision to wear masks if they choose to do so.

• The Montana Tango Festival Organizing Committee reserves the right to institute Health & Safety protocols as needed. We plan on following current CDC guidelines. Therefore, if the national situation changes in September, we may update our mask policy, if necessary. We will communicate this via email.

• Anti-discrimination: The Montana Tango Festival is dedicated to providing a safe, inclusive, and comfortable dance experience for everyone regardless of dance skill, background, ability, or physical appearance. The Montana Tango Festival will never discriminate against any patron on the basis of gender identity or expression, age, sexual orientation, race, color, religion, disability, pregnancy or any characteristic or trait protected by law.

• Unwanted sexual contact: If, while attending, you feel threatened or harassed, or become aware of inappropriate behavior, please immediately bring it to our attention. Sexual harassment will not be tolerated.

• Harassment: Harassment in any shape or form will not be tolerated.  Harassment includes, but is not limited to, inappropriate verbal comments, verbal abuse, abusive messages, deliberate intimidation, stalking, unwelcome physical contact or sexual attention, or displaying sexual images in public spaces.  Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. Anyone who engages in harassing or unsafe behavior, including excessive intoxication, is subject to immediate expulsion from the event without refund.

• We reserve the right to refuse anyone service based on the Organizing Committee’s discretion, for excessive intoxication, rude or threatening behavior, harassment or more.
